To get started with Headspace Health, please click on the enrollment link provided by your employer. Then, follow these steps all the way through:
- Click on the “Get Started” button
- Enter in the requested eligible corporate info (Company email or ID number). If you’ve entered your work email address, then you will receive an email titled ‘Confirm it’s you’ with a link to verify you’re a part of the company. If you don’t receive the email, click on “Resend email” to trigger it again. If you’ve entered your ID number, then proceed to Step 4.
- Click the “Verify” button in the email to activate your new membership
- When prompted, choose “Yes, I already have an account” if you have an existing Headspace account or “No, I need to create a new one” if you are new to Headspace
- If you answered yes, then login to your existing account. If you answered no, please sign up for
a new account by entering in your first and last name, preferred email, and password.
Still not receiving the verification email? Here are a few tips:
- Search your inbox for an email titled 'Confirm it’s you’
- Make sure that no-reply@hello.headspace.com is in your address book
- Check your spam/junk folders for the email
Once you’ve successfully enrolled, you’ll then be taken through an onboarding flow to get the
most out of your Headspace Health experience, which may include downloading the Headspace app and Ginger app - and even scheduling a coaching session.
Remember one login is all you'll need -- you can use this login to access both the Headspace and Ginger apps.
