If you already had access to Ginger through another organization, please do not create a new Ginger account. Simply let our Member Support team know and they will be able to update your account information so that you can keep your previous care team. You can reach the Member Support team directly within the Ginger app or by sending an email to help@ginger.io.
Remember one login is all you'll need -- you can use this login to access both the Headspace and Ginger apps.
