We have recently discovered a bug where customers who are still on our V1 version of Headspace are experiencing issues cancelling their Monthly subscriptions. If you have been affected by this bug, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Our engineers are aware and should have a fix very soon. We'll add an update here once it has been resolved.
