If you forget to update your credit card details, don't worry - we have a credit-card automatic update that automatically attempts to update expiring credit cards associated with Headspace subscriptions. This service helps ensure continuity of your subscription.
This will happen seamlessly in the background and at any time, you can view or change the payment method we have on file through the 'My Account' section of Headspace.com.
If you’d like to opt out of the credit-card auto update service, you should be able to contact your credit card issuer directly to opt out of the program.
Additionally, if there are any issues that prevent auto renewal from occurring, you will receive an email of the declined charge attempt, but your subscription will not be cancelled until the 4th time this occurs.
