Cancellation steps can differ, depending on where you subscribed (directly through us, Apple App Store, or Google Play).
If you have been provided a free subscription from an organization, you do not need to cancel your subscription, it will automatically expire based on the date of the agreement.
Please review below to see the steps that apply to you:
If you purchased your subscription from our website:
- Log in to your account from a desktop or mobile browser (not the mobile app) at www.headspace.com.
- Visit https://www.headspace.com/subscription/manage and click/tap on the CANCEL MEMBERSHIP link.
- If the button is not there, please send an email to help@headspace.com. We can help.
If you purchased your subscription via Apple Store:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap on your name
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select the Headspace subscription
- Tap "Cancel Subscription" to disable it from auto-renewing at the end of the current billing cycle
If you purchased your subscription via Google Play:
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap Menu (3 small horizontal lines) and then Subscriptions
- Tap the subscription you want to cancel
- Tap Cancel subscription
- Follow the onscreen instructions

If you purchased a Coaching subscription:
You can cancel your Coaching subscription at any time and you will have access to your remaining coaching sessions until your Coaching subscription end date, which is 30 days after your most recent Coaching subscription payment. You can cancel your subscription from either desktop or your Headspace mobile app.
- On your desktop, you can visit your Profile and Subscription Details section and follow the steps provided to cancel your subscription.
- On the mobile Headspace app, click on the Profile tab, select the Settings gear icon, and then click on Account & Subscription. From there you can view your Subscription Details section and select Edit to follow the steps to select your cancellation preferences and complete the cancellation process.
- Please note that once you cancel your Coaching subscription, you will still have access to your full Coaching subscription offering until the Coaching subscription end date listed in your Account and Subscription page.
