All Indian Healthcare professionals have free access to Headspace until May 2022. There are a few ways you can access this:
If you are registered with Lybrate:
If you are registered with Lybrate, you can sign up to access Headspace Plus at no cost using your Lybrate ID Please note: You will not be asked for payment to activate this subscription. Please sign up using the steps below on a mobile or desktop browser before downloading the Headspace app.
- Click on this link and follow the sign-up prompts
- You’ll be directed to a new page to sign-up and enroll in the benefit. These are the steps:
- Create a new Headspace account or log into your existing one
- Verify that you are registered with Lybrate by entering your ID number.
- Download the mobile app and log into your Headspace account
If you don’t have a Lybrate ID:
If you are not registered with Lybrate, you can send a message via the WhatsApp messaging system to verify your Healthcare Professional status. To enroll using WhatsApp:
- Send the WhatsApp message "Hi" via this link
- You will then be prompted by a WhatsApp chatbot to provide the following information via this message:

- Name
- Proof of profession - You can provide this by sending an image when prompted of a Diploma/Degree certificate, a Medical Registration Certificate, or a Hospital ID card

- If your Healthcare Professional information can be verified, you will be sent a verification confirmation WhatsApp message within 24 hours and provided with a sign up link to access Headspace
- Click on this link and you will be directed to a new page to sign-up or login (if you are already a Headspace member) and enroll in the benefit.
Not seeing the Headspace Plus content in your app?
On your mobile device, make sure you’re logged into the Headspace account you created or logged into during the sign-up flow with Headspace for Indian Healthcare Professionals. You can check this by tapping on the Profile tab >> Gear on the top right >> scroll down to the bottom of the page.
I am registered with Lybrate and am still having issues with signing up. What should I do?
