If you already have an existing Ginger account and have had access to Ginger through another organization or your insurance, don't worry you can keep your previous care team!
If you prefer to use a new account with us, simply login to your existing Ginger account and let the Ginger Member Support team know the situation--they will be able to update your account information so that you can keep your previous care team on the new account.
If you prefer to stay with your old account, no action is needed. However, do note that your login information to Headspace might differ and sadly, at this time, we are not be able to merge an old Ginger account with a new Headspace account, our apologies.
