Reach out to Member Support in the Chat tab to schedule a clinical session. You will be asked to fill out an intake form and provide payment information.
You will be able to see and access any scheduled appointments in the Care tab in the app or through the confirmation email sent. To reschedule or cancel your therapy or psychiatry appointment, contact the Member Support team in the app at least 48 hours before your scheduled session, or you can view the appointment on the Care tab, and then tap Reschedule or Cancel.
