To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must notify us 48 hours or more before your appointment.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice or do not come to your appointment, you can be charged a $125 fee or loss of a covered session for your missing your scheduled appointment, as that appointment time could have been used for another member seeking care. Even if your appointment is booked within the 48 hour window and you request to cancel the appointment, the cancellation policy will still apply.
Additionally, you must arrive at your appointment at the time scheduled. Failure to appear in your Zoom session within 5 minutes of the starting time will result in the same No Show or Late Cancellation Fee. Note that 3 consecutive cancellations or no shows will result in terminating your care. This policy helps us ensure all of our members can receive timely care, as we are not able to frequently fill slots canceled within the 48 hour period.
