To enroll in your Headspace benefit and connect with Virgin Pulse, search for "Headspace Care" or “Headspace EAP” on your programs page within your Virgin Pulse member account (via mobile app or desktop) and tap on the program card.
Once you’ve clicked on your program card:
- You’ll be taken to a new web browser (work.headspace.com/vp/care/land) and tap continue
- Verify your eligibility by inputting your Last Name and the ID Number that the organization that sponsors your access has assigned you. This could be your Employee ID or Health Plan ID, depending on who covers your access.
- Then, verify your eligibility for Care with your Date of Birth and Country.
- Create or login to your existing Headspace account.
- Review what data Headspace will be sharing to Virgin Pulse so you can start earning rewards.
- Login to your Virgin Pulse account credentials to link your account to Headspace.
- Complete onboarding.
- Download the app and login with the Headspace credentials you created in step 4.
If you have already enrolled in Headspace Care or EAP program and would like to link or unlink your account to Virgin Pulse:
- Login to the Headspace app or to the web app at my.headspace.com.
- Go to the Settings page and click “Account”
- Click “Manage” under Link your social accounts
