To help keep track of your Headspace Journey, we have a Progress page with some statistics around how you’ve been doing. This includes a record of the number of sessions you’ve completed, a breakdown of the type of these sessions, the average session length and the total time you’ve spent meditating.
You can also see your current Run Streak which indicates the number of days you have been consecutively meditating. You’ll also notice you have Run Streak badges to aim for, some of which come with their very own Headspace rewards that will get emailed out to you once earned!
We understand how the Run Streak can be a great motivator, but it should also not be taken too seriously. Ultimately, it is a tool of encouragement.
