If your employer recently upgraded to SSO, please follow the steps below to connect your existing account to SSO:
- After you have added a social log-in as outlined here, click the link in the enrollment email you received (subject: “Activate your Headspace Membership”)
- Complete the verification steps with your work email address or work ID.
- When asked if you already have a Headspace account, select “Yes”
- Complete log-in through your configured social log-in method.
- Your previously SSO enabled Headspace for Work account is now upgraded to your employer’s latest Headspace offering!
Please note: If you experience any issues with the above steps please reinstall the Headspace app by following the steps listed here and follow the above steps once more.
If you have an existing paid account, you will need to pause auto-renewal by following the steps listed here.
