Why can't I connect my Virgin Pulse account to my Headspace app?
The current downtime for the Virgin Pulse platform is causing connectivity issues. The Headspace app will continue to work, but you will not be able to connect to Virgin Pulse during this maintenance period.
Why am I not earning points through Virgin Pulse?
Due to the scheduled downtime for the Virgin Pulse platform, you will not be able to earn points through Virgin Pulse at this time. The Headspace app will continue to function, but the integration with Virgin Pulse is temporarily unavailable.
How long is the downtime expected to last?
The downtime is expected to last between 5 to 8 hours.
When will the downtime be over?
The downtime began on Saturday, August 10th at 12:00 AM ET and is expected to last up to 8 hours, ending at 8:00 AM ET.
