There are two ways you can join your sessions — through the app, by navigating to the 'Care' tab, or via Zoom by going to the Zoom link associated with your appointment on either your mobile device or desktop computer.
This link can be found in the body of your session's confirmation email, with the subject line: "Your Headspace Care appointment is scheduled".

We recommend trying to access Zoom through your email confirmation should the link in your Care tab of the app not work for you.
We also suggest making sure you have a strong Internet connection, as well as ensuring your audio and video are working properly by doing a test on the Zoom website: https://zoom.us/test
