To receive the voucher code for free time, you must be on a paid subscription. Once you’re on an active subscription, the code will generate and be sent to you. You will be then able to pass it along to a friend.
If you are on an active subscription and have still not received your run streak reward email after reaching 15 days in a row, it may have gotten lost in your spam or junk folder.
