As you probably know, here at Headspace we’re focused more on meditation techniques than labels.
But sometimes labels matter. With this in mind, on May 30, 2018, we changed one of our packs from Depression to Sadness. In the update, we, unfortunately, were unable to transfer your progress from pack to pack. We kindly ask that you start the Sadness pack from Day 1.
As we continue to evolve, we want to be sure that our content is as inclusive, relevant, and accessible as it can possibly be for our growing community.
The newly named Sadness pack will include essentially the same content, lessons, and techniques - while encouraging any users with feelings of sadness to start their journey towards a happier, healthier life.
We hope this helps clarify the name change, but please let us know if you have any more questions or feedback.
