We've been made aware that some members of State Bank of India (SBI) are having trouble purchasing Headspace subscriptions, in-app via the Google Play Store. Users may receive an error when purchasing but are still charged. However, they do not gain access to their subscription once a successful payment has been made.
If you have been charged by Google Play but do not receive access to your subscription, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the GPA Order Number (found on your Google Play receipt/confirmation) as well as the email address linked to your Headspace account.
