How do I access my Administrator Portal at work.headspace.com?
When you purchased Headspace, we set up your account and set you as an administrator. You should have received an automated email to log in and set your password. If you didn’t get an email, or it has expired, visit work.headspace.com, click “Forgot your password” and enter your email address.
The email will be sent from email@example.com. If you aren’t receiving the password reset email, it may be getting filtered out by your spam controls.
How do I tell people to sign up?
Just share your personalized enrollment page link with your group. They’ll be able to sign up with the following steps:
- Enter a valid email address
- Confirm the address by clicking through the confirmation email
- Create a Headspace account or log in to an existing one
- Join your team!
What can I do in the Administrator Portal?
- Add/remove members
- View your account information like start date, end date, and number of seats
- View and export the list of members who have joined your account
- Edit the organization name and logo displayed on your personal landing page
- Access the “Resources Toolkit” which includes helpful resources for you to use during and following program launch

What if someone in my organization already has a Headspace subscription?
No problem! While signing up for your Headspace team, they can choose to merge an existing subscription into your organization.
Can people that previously purchased Headspace get a refund?
In some cases, yes.
If the user purchased an annual account, then within 30 days of purchase, they can contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a refund. The one exception is if they purchased through Apple iTunes. In that case, they’ll need to contact Apple directly.
If they made an annual purchase more than 30 days ago, they can contact email@example.com to get a complimentary 1-year1 year voucher to share with a friend or family member.
How do I review the progress of the people in my organization?
You’ll be provided a monthly engagement report that shows you the usage of Headspace across your entire team. We don’t show detailed usage information for specific individuals, to protect users’ privacy.
Which email address will people need to use to sign up with my organization?
That depends on whether you provided us with an email domain for enrollment verification. If you provided an email domain, then your eligible employees will need to provide a valid email from that domain when enrolling.
If you did not provide an email domain for verification, then anyone with access to your personalized landing page can join your team. You can see who has joined through the Administrator Portal.
If you want to add, remove, or change email domains, please contact your Customer Success team member.
How can I add or remove administrators to my account?
Contact your Customer Success team member directly with the administrator’s first name, last name, and email address. If you haven’t been in touch just yet, feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org in the meantime.
When people try to enroll, they aren’t receiving the enrollment authentication emails. What can I do?
Most likely, your company’s email firewall is sending the emails to spam. This could be happening for all members at the company or just a handful. Usually, it’s as easy as asking your IT department to "whitelist" Headspace or for us to send a sample email to their firewall service for registration.
It can also help to let your IT department know that our emails will be sent using the following from-email-addresses:
