The world is an increasingly stressful place these days, and the residents of New York are facing the extraordinary burden of being the epicenter of the coronavirus outbreak in the US. That’s why Headspace has teamed up with the New York Governor’s Office to offer free meditation and mindfulness content, curated specifically for the people of New York. Users can find guided meditations, at-home mindful workouts, and sleep content to help with their state of mind during these uncertain and difficult times. In addition, we will feature content created specifically for kids to help them navigate the change and emotions they are experiencing.
While this was created for the people of New York, anyone can access this collection and we hope you can share it with your community as well.
