We have recently put forth an email verification system to ensure greater account security.
Upon registration, all new members are sent a verification email. This account verification must be completed within 7 days of the account creation. If you do not verify your account within those 7 days, you will be automatically logged out.
I was logged out after 7 days, how do I get back in?
Please attempt to log in to your account once more and ensure to trigger a second verification email to be sent to your email. Head over to your email inbox and verify your Headspace account. You will be able to log in as soon as the verification is completed.
Please note that the first verification email expires after 7 days so that link cannot be used and you must generate a new one.
I was logged out of my account and cannot get back in because I did not get a verification email.
This means that your account was set up with a misspelled email address and that is why your verification email was unable to be delivered. Not to worry, our Member Experience team can help! We will be able to reset your email and resend that verification email to the correct address. Please email email@example.com with the following information:
- summary of the issue you are experiencing
- first and last name
- your correct email address
- the invoice of your Headspace purchase (if applicable)
