We have been made aware that our billing system will be down for maintenance on Saturday, November 12th, 2022 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM PST.
During this downtime, we are not able to accept any direct payments made to Headspace (via headspace.com), process any refunds that have been requested, nor assist with any billing issues and troubleshooting.
If you would like to make a Headspace subscription purchase please do so directly in-app via the Apple (iTunes) or Google Play system. Those billing systems are not affected by this maintenance. Sadly, this workaround does not include purchasing the Family Plan, Student Plan, Gift, or Bulk Annual subscriptions. If you are looking to purchase a Family Plan, Student Plan, Gift, or Bulk Annual subscription please wait until after the maintenance.
If you would like to request a refund for a Headspace purchase (that was made directly via the headspace.com website) please reach out to help@headspace.com after the maintenance is over.
