During this downtime, we are not able to accept any direct payments made to Headspace (via headspace.com) or assist with any billing issues and troubleshooting.
If you would like to make a Headspace subscription purchase, please do so directly in-app via the Apple (iTunes) or Google Play system as those billing systems are not affected by this maintenance.
Sadly, this workaround does not include purchasing the Family Plan, Student Plan, Coaching add on subscriptions, Gifts, or Bulk Annual subscriptions. If you are looking to purchase a Family Plan, Student Plan, Coaching subscription, Gift, or Bulk Annual subscription please wait until after the maintenance period.
For any payment inquiries regarding a Headspace purchase (that was made directly via the headspace.com website) please reach out to help@headspace.com after the maintenance period is over.
