Update December 22nd, 2021: We have good news! Our engineers were able to narrow down the issue and have released a fix for it in the new version of the Android app. Please ensure to take the time to update or simply reinstall the Headspace app to ensure that you are on the most up-to-date version that contains the fix. Your Headspace app should be on version 4.77.1.

Update December 14th, 2021: It has been brought to our attention that some of our Android members are experience a bug in the system that is preventing their Journeys from updating and/or leaving them unable to progress through a particular meditation course.
Our team is investigating the issue; however, in the meantime, please take a couple of troubleshooting steps to see if the issue could be resolved on your end:
- Please ensure to reinstall the app to ensure that you are on the most up-to-date version of the Headspace app.
- Please ensure that your internet connection is reliable. Alternatively, access the app once more on a different internet connection. This could be a different Wi-Fi or even a mobile network.
- You should still be able to access our mobile website (headspace.com/login) on your device instead of our app, as that might give you a better experience in the meantime.
