If your employer offers a Family Plan/Dependent Program, you can add those individuals to Headspace and Headspace Care. You will need to add those individuals to the respective apps separately.
For Headspace:
You can invite a dependent to your Headspace account in a couple of ways: through your Profile Tab or via the Headspace website.
Through Your Profile Tab
- Invite: In your app's Profile Tab, simply enter your dependent's email address.

Email: Your dependent will receive an invitation email.
- Trouble finding it? Have them check their Spam/Junk folder or search for "Headspace" in their inbox.
- Confirm: They'll click the link in the email, then confirm their eligibility by entering their date of birth and country.
Using the Headspace Website
Prefer using a web browser?
- Go to https://my.headspace.com/profile/dependents
- Enter your dependent's email address.
- Click "Send."
The process is the same as above; your dependent will follow the email steps to confirm their eligibility.
For Headspace Care:
- Open the Headspace Care app.
- Tap the "Profile" tab.
- Tap "Dependents."
- Tap "Invite a Dependent."
- Enter your dependent's information and tap "Next."
- Your dependent will then get a "magic link" via email to register their account.
**Alternatively, dependents aged 18+ may also download the Headspace Care app, tap “Create account,” “Sign up as a dependent” and fill out the required information.
