How can I update the email address on my account?

To update your email address or password on the Headspace app follow these steps:

1. Open the Headspace app and tap on your PROFILE
2. Tap on the GEAR icon in the top of the screen
3. On the Settings Page, click on "Account Details"
4. Under the Email Address section, click on "Edit"

Please note that due to internal and external security updates we’ve changed the process and are now requiring an extra verification step. 

To update your email address, please follow the steps below:

1. Head to your Profile
   If you're on the app you will additionally have to click on theSettings button and Account & Subscription button
2. Click EDIT next to the Email Address field
3. Enter the new/desired email address in the Email Address field & SAVE 
4. You will be logged out of your account(Please note that this is a security requirement that cannot be bypassed)
5. An email with a verification code will be sent to your original email address 
   Please ensure to check your junk/spam folders for the email
   
6. Log back in using the original email address and password
7. Input the verification code sent to your email address
8. Confirm changes and your email address will be successfully changed

If you continue to have any troubles please send an email to help@headspace.com and let us know the email address that you would like your account changed to and we can make the adjustment on our end.
