How do I delete my account?

If you would like to delete your Headspace account altogether, please follow these steps: 

1. Access your Account Settings via this link. If you are not logged in, please log in to your account before visiting that link.
2. Scroll down until you see the Delete Account button, which is just below all of your profile information (see screenshot below). 
3. Select DELETE ACCOUNT to delete your account completely. Please note: deleting your account will also delete all associated data.
4. Once selecting to delete your account our team will process the request within 15 days.

Please also note: If you have an active subscription, you must cancel the renewal before deleting your account. You can learn how to do that by following this link.
