How do I delete my account and data?
If you’d like to permanently delete your account and associated data, follow these steps:
If you have access to the Headspace app:

Open the Headspace app

Navigate to the Settings tab

Select Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions
If you can’t access the app or can’t log in:

Email our support team at caresupport@headspace.com and we’ll help you complete the process.
What happens after my account is deleted?

You’ll no longer be able to access Headspace Care services

We’ll stop sending you emails or notifications
