- US members: In the Headspace Hub, we offer a 24/7 phone line where you can speak to a resource specialist.
- International members: In the Headspace Hub, we offer a request form. Once you've submitted your request, you will receive an email from a care concierge team member with a list of providers within 3 business days.
You can also chat with a coach about work-life benefits available to them. Coaches are trained to identify when you may have underlying or adjacent needs that have an impact on your mental health. In chat, they will now guide you to the work-life service request and/or the 24/7 phone number, based on where you’re located.
