If you are trying to download a session and it is going slowly, freezing has stopped, or if your app is crashing try this:
- Un-install the Headspace app from your device. Click HERE for directions on how to do so.
- Turn your device off and on. This is a very important step.
- Connect to a different or stronger WiFi or mobile network.
- Download the Headspace app again.
- Log back into your existing Headspace account.
- Download your session once again.
- (Android devices) Ensure that you have turned on storage permissions for the Headspace app.
