If you have purchased a Headspace subscription from Google Play or Apple Pay/iTunes and do not see your subscription active on your account, the first step we would recommend is to confirm you are logged into the account that is connected to your activated subscription.
You can check what email address your Headspace account is associated with by following these steps:
- Go into your Headspace app and select your Profile tab
- Select the Settings gear symbol on the top right of your Profile screen
- Scroll down to the bottom of this screen
- You will see your email address associated with the account right above the Log Out button
If this email address is not associated with the account you purchased your subscription with, please select the Log Out button and log back in with the correct email address and password.
If you need to confirm what email address you logged into when purchasing your subscription, we would encourage you to review which email address your subscription confirmation email was sent to, or, if you purchased via Apple Pay/iTunes, you can reach out to Apple directly to locate your AppleID email.
If you are logged into the account you purchased your subscription with and purchase your subscription with either Google Play or Apple Pay/iTunes, you can activate your subscription by Restoring your Purchase on your device.
Here's how to do so on Google Play:
1. Log in to your Headspace account
2. Select any session
3. Tap "Start my subscription" button
4. Tap "Restore Purchase" once the Buy Screen appears
Here is how to do so on your iOS device:
1. Log in to your Headspace account
2. Select any session
3. Tap "Start my subscription" button
4. Tap "Restore Purchase" once the Buy Screen appears
