If you have trouble accessing sessions from your desktop or laptop computer, follow these steps:
- Log out and back into your Headspace account
- Close your current browser and open a new browser window (you can try opening an incognito/private window)
- Clear the cache and cookies for your current browser*

WINDOWS: Press Ctrl+Shift+Del
MAC: Press Command+Shift+Delete
