If you purchased a subscription to Headspace Plus and do not have access, just log out and log back in again to your account. That should refresh your account and allow you to move forward with your Headspace Journey.
If you purchased a subscription via Apple
1. Delete the Headspace app by going to your home screen and pressing down on the app icon until it starts shaking.
2. Tap the 'x' in the upper left-hand corner of the icon to delete
3. Turn your iPhone off and back on again
4. Download the Headspace app again by visiting the App Store and searching for "Headspace"
5. Tap the cloud icon or "install" button on that screen to download
6. Log in with your current Headspace login
7. Tap on any course or single session that is not free, and select “Subscribe to Unlock”
8. Tap the "Restore purchase" option (see screenshot).
If you Purchased a Subscription via Google Play
Please follow these steps to restore your purchase on your account:
1. Log into the Headspace app
2. On Home Screen, scroll down to the "Subscribe Now"
3. Tap "Subscribe Now"
4. Once the purchase screen appears, tap "Restore Purchase" (found at the bottom of the screen)
