The primary reason to add a secondary social log-in is to ensure your progress on Headspace isn’t lost if you move on to a new employer. It’s also important for when your employer upgrades your Headspace services to a tier requiring re-enrollment.
On the Headspace App, to add a social log-in to your SSO enabled Headspace for Work account, please follow the steps below:
- Log in with your Headspace app
- Once you are logged in:
- Tap on your Profile Icon
- Tap on the Settings icon
- Select Account & Subscription
- Select “Manage” next to Link your social accounts
- Select one of the following options:
- “Connect with Facebook”
- “Connect with Google”
- “Connect with Apple”
- “Connect with Spotify”

Complete the connection through your selected social log-in method.
On the Headspace web experience, to add a social log-in to your SSO enabled Headspace for Work account, please follow the steps below:
- Log in on my.headspace.com on your device browser
- Once you are logged in:
- Tap on your Profile Icon
- Tap on the Settings icon
- Select Account & Subscription
- Select “Manage” next to Link your social accounts
- Select one of the following options:
- “Connect with Facebook”
- “Connect with Google”
- “Connect with Apple”
- “Connect with Spotify”
- Complete the connection through your selected social log-in method
Please note: If you experience any issues with the above steps please reinstall the Headspace app by following the steps listed here and follow the above steps once more.
