For Text-Based Coaching:
All sessions via text with your coach must be done on a mobile device in the Headspace app. Visit the Care tab in the Headspace app where you can speak with your coach.
For Video-Based Coaching**:
Video sessions with your coach can be joined either via the Headspace app, or the Zoom link in your confirmation email. You can search "Your video coaching session is booked" in your email inbox to quickly locate this.
**Access to Video Coaching depends on your Headspace benefit through your employer or provider. Reach out to Member Support at caresupport@headspace.com to confirm your eligibility.
