Should your insurance information on file with Headspace need to be updated, please email our billing team at insuranceeligibility@headspace.com with the following information:
- The name of your new insurance provider
- New insurance ID number
- A copy of the front and back of your member ID card
- If you're not the primary plan subscriber and/or are a dependent, please provide the name and date of birth of the individual who is the primary insurance holder.
Our billing team will review this information and update your account accordingly, as well as answer any questions you may have. Please note that any delays in providing insurance information may impact processing of claims for your clinical care, and may result in appointments being billed to you at self-pay, out of pocket rates.
