If you have not gotten the correct information from your company’s plan administrator, we kindly ask that you first reach out to them for instructions on how to activate your Headspace subscription. If you run into any issues following the instructions provided by your employer, please let us know.
Once your account is created and the subscription is applied, you can log in to use your Headspace account on the desktop/web browser, Apple iOS or Android devices. For the optimum experience, we recommend the following:
iOS: iPhone, iPads or iPod Touches with iOS 10 or above
Android: Smartphones or Tablets with OS versions 4.0 or above
Web Browsers: Chrome, Firefox and/or Opera
Typically, corporate subscriptions do not automatically renew. However, we suggest checking in with your company’s Headspace Champion to find out about code renewals for your company.
Please note - At this time, App Stores do not accept our codes, so please visit your company’s bespoke Headspace page or log on to a desktop or laptop computer and visit www.Headspace.com/code to redeem your subscription.
