Please first verify the email address used for the invite. This address must match your family member's email address on their current Headspace account. Please note that the member will not be able to accept the invitation if they are currently on an active Headspace subscription. For more details on this case, please click HERE.
Secondly, please ensure that your family member has created a free Headspace account. They must have an account created in order to accept the invitation. To create a free Headspace account please direct them to headspace.com/register.
If you need to resend the invite, please follow these steps:
- Visit https://www.headspace.com/family/manage
- Click the "Resend invite" link under your family member's email address
If you need to cancel and resend a new invite, please follow these steps:
- Visit https://www.headspace.com/family/manage
- Click the "X" next to the family member's email address
- Resend another family plan invitation to a new email address
