There are a few reasons you may not be able to login to your Headspace account:
- If your email address is associated with a social login account
- If you are using an incorrect email address
- If you are using an incorrect password

Social Login Account Troubleshooting:
If you are experiencing a login error when logging into your Headspace account that says your email address is already associated with a social account, this means that your Headspace account is associated with a completely different login method known as a social login method.
We ask that you attempt to re-login using a different login method such as Facebook, Spotify, Google Sign-in, or Apple Sign-in. If you would prefer to disconnect this social login option, you can do so in your account settings, or by reaching out to us at help@headspace.com.
Incorrect Email Address Troubleshooting:
If you are experiencing a login error your Headspace account might simply be associated with an alternative email address. We ask that you attempt to log in once more using an alternative email address that might be associated with your account.
It also may be that you have a typo in the email address you are either attempting to login with or associated with the email address your account was created on. You can confirm if your email address was used correctly if you can find your previous subscription confirmation email in your inbox. If you cannot, it may be that your account is associated with a separate or incorrect email address. If you need additional assistance, feel free to reach out to us at help@headspace.com.
Incorrect Password Troubleshooting:
If you have forgotten your password, do not worry! Please enter your email address at: https://www.headspace.com/login/forgotten-password to have the password link sent directly to your inbox.
Please note that the reset password email will only come into your inbox if you enter an email address that is connected to a Headspace account. If you do not receive a reset password email within 10 minutes please note that your Headspace account is associated with a different email or login method.
Important note: If you are able to login successfully to your Headspace account, but do not see your previously activated subscription on this account, please review the troubleshooting steps here.
