When you purchased Headspace, we set up your account and set you as an administrator. You should have received an automated email to log in and set your password. If you didn’t get an email, or it has expired, visit work.headspace.com, click “Forgot your password” and enter your email address.
The email will be sent from help@headspace.com. If you aren’t receiving the password reset email, it may be getting filtered out by your spam controls.
- How is this different from my personal Headspace account?
Your Headspace Admin Portal is completely separate from your personal Headspace account. Only approved individuals gain access to it. Your log-in credentials can either be the same or different from your Headspace credentials.
- How can I add or remove administrators to my account?
Contact your Customer Success team member directly with the administrator’s first name, last name, and email address. If you haven’t been in touch just yet, feel free to email teamsupport@headspace.com in the meantime.
