If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you will need to cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Otherwise, you may be subject to a cancellation or no-show fee, which can be up to the full session cost; or you may have a session deducted from your remaining covered sessions.
You can cancel your appointment by tapping the “Cancel” button under your appointment in the Care tab of Headspace app. You can also cancel via your SonderMind portal.
