Headspace can be accessed both via a mobile device and on your desktop. We do highly encourage members to access Headspace via the app to get the full user experience as some content may only be available on your mobile device. To find out more about Headspace's tech requirements, please go here.
At this time, Headspace Care is only available via your mobile device.
You can download the both the Headspace and Headspace Care app via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Please note that the direct link from one app to the other is currently only available in the mobile app experiences.
