For security purposes, and to be able to open the attachment, we need you to authenticate yourself on Zendesk, our support platform. It may seem a little complicated, but we just need to make sure that you and only you are able to view the information in the attachment. To do so, please follow these steps.
- Click/tap on the attachment we sent you.
- Click/tap "Get a password" indicated with the arrow.
- Enter your email address
- Check that inbox for a password email
- Create a password and log in
- Go back to the original email with the attachment and you should now be able to view it.
If you hit an error message after step 3, you may need to enable cookies from Zendesk. This article should help with that.
