If you are leveraging your medical insurance coverage (e.g. Cigna, Kaiser, etc) for your coaching services, clinical sessions, or clinical surveys, you may be responsible for cost shares, such as co-pays, deductibles, or coinsurance.
The most accurate cost share estimate come from your insurance provider, and can be requested by calling the customer support number on the back of your insurance card. You can provide the following service information:
- Mental Health - Outpatient
- Professional Tele-medicine Visit for Therapy/Psychiatry
