In accordance with HIPAA regulations, we are unable to confirm whether an individual is using Headspace services or discuss any treatment-related details without a valid Release of Information (ROI) form on file.
To protect member privacy, we require that all questions or concerns be addressed directly by the individual receiving care.
If you are reaching out on behalf of someone else, please kindly ask them to contact our team at caresupport@headspace.com.
