To ensure that the invite was received, please:
- Check that you have the correct email address for your household member
- Make sure your referred household member has checked their inbox or spam folder in their email from us.
- If your referred household member still cannot find their invite, you will be able to resend a referral 15 minutes after you last sent the invite.
