Children ages 6–12: In-person clinical care is available through a parent’s Headspace account. Coaching is not offered for this age group, and kid-related content is only accessible via the parent’s account.

Teens ages 13–17: Teens can be referred to the app as a dependent and create their own account to access coaching and virtual therapy (available in the U.S. only).
