If you are unable to login to your account or are seeing locked content after successfully enrolling into your Headspace benefit, here are some steps to try:

Try logging in using an alternative email address
Use any email you may have used previously (e.g., corporate or personal). Duplicate accounts can often be created when different emails are used during sign-up or enrollment.

Reset your password
Use this link to have the password link sent directly to your inbox: https://www.headspace.com/login/forgotten-password. If you request a password reset email but don't receive it, it's possible that your account is associated with another email address. Trying an alternative email might help you access your account smoothly.

Using a Social Log In
If you getting the message “It looks like there’s already an account associated with this email,” when trying to sign in, that may mean your account was created using a social login method (i.e. Apple, Facebook or Google) instead of email/password. Go ahead and give those a try to see if that allows access into the account.
