To access your EAP resources, be sure to enroll first. If you're not sure how to enroll, reach out to your employer (generally the benefits office) to get more information about the activation process. They will provide you with a direct link to the enrollment page where you will be able to go get started.
Once you enroll, download the Headspace app and log in. You can access more information regarding your resources, plus a direct line to your EAP Resources Support team by tapping on the "Care" tab (see visual below).
Access to your EAP Resources Support team are also available...
- On your employer's Headspace enrollment page, by clicking on "View Resources"
- On the "Next Steps" screen immediately after you enroll
- Within the Headspace app: Go to the "Care" tab and tap "View Headspace Hub" (see visual below)
