Kaiser Permanente members aged 18+ receive 90 days of free access to Headspace Coaching, offering confidential, text-based emotional support, guided meditations, and skill-building activities directly through the app. Support is available anytime, anywhere, from your smartphone.

Coverage for Headspace clinical services varies by region. If you're unsure of your region, check your Kaiser insurance card or contact your nearest Medical Center.
Kaiser Washington & Kaiser Northwest
What’s included: Coaching, therapy, and psychiatry through Headspace
Access method: Self-referral via kp.org/selfcareapps
Cost: Headspace is considered in-network, but cost shares (copays, deductibles, coinsurance) may apply depending on your plan

Kaiser Northern California & Kaiser Hawaii
Coaching access: Available at no extra cost through kp.org/selfcareapps

Clinical care (therapy or psychiatry):
Must be arranged directly with your Kaiser team by calling the number on your insurance card
Kaiser will determine your care needs and, if appropriate, refer you to Headspace
If approved, please email caresupport@headspace.com for help with scheduling your first session
Kaiser Colorado, Kaiser Mid-Atlantic, & Kaiser Georgia
Coaching access: Provided at no extra cost via kp.org/selfcareapps
Clinical care: Not currently offered through Headspace
