The new daily Wake Up content is designed to help members start their day on a mindful note by prompting users to take healthier actions throughout the day, focusing on five key elements of living a mindful life: meditation, sleeping, moving, eating and playing. It will feature three- to five-minute episodes of new content refreshed daily that is designed to be a complement to a member’s meditation practice. For example, a segment about food will encourage members to think mindfully about where various ingredients come from; and a segment about movement will emphasize exercise benefits both mind and body.
